When I creating it, I compare data from our database, experience of myself and colleagues from sales in the given locality, and above all I thoroughly study the land registry where I have the opportunity to see transaction prices and more detailed information.
In addition, I will then prepare a detailed report for you with completed sales in the surrounding areas for the last 6 to 12 months which I will send to your email in PDF format.
If you have been authorized by a notary to handle the inheritance and if the inheritance includes real estate, you will need a property valuation for inheritance proceedings.
I will prepare a property valuation or valuation of cooperative share for you by the next day after receiving the necessary documents.
I will send you the property valuation electronically in PDF format. You can also receive a printed valuation which can be picked up personally at our office or sent by post office.
If you later decide to sell the property using my services, you will receive the full amount paid for my valuation back.
